Hari Hari’s own special Mulled Wine Spice Kit.

All you need to make a bottle of this Mulled wine!! Containing a warming mix of Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, dried Orange quarters and Unrefined Coconut Sugar, this is one tipple to get you into the Christmas spirit.

At Hari Hari HQ we are extremely pleased with this super easy to use mulled wine spice blend which will have you feeling Christmassy in no time..

Just add all the ingredients into a pan, and simmer gently for 6-10 minutes without boiling. Alternatively you can place all the ingredients in to a slow cooker and follow the cooking instructions as per the cookers manual.

Once warmed through, serve by pouring into heat proof glasses or mugs and enjoy.

You will need-

A bottle of red wine.

Optional Extras-

Add a shot of Strong Dorset Ginger whilst warming the mix, which can be purchased direct from them or via a number of stockists listed on their website. We love that ginger kick in our mulled wine!!

Alternatively a shot of brandy tastes delicious too.

If you want to add even more of a Christmas tinge to the flavour, add some fresh grated nutmeg to the gently warming up pan.
