Product Description

Bits to buy
250g Ready to Eat (not pickled) or Fresh Beetroot
1 Medium Onion
100ml Coconut Milk
2-3 Garlic Cloves

From the cupboard
1tbsp Vegetable/Sunflower Oil
Salt to taste

Optional but super tasty
1/2tsp Sweet Cumin
1tsp Vinegar

Spice Pack 1 – Cardamom, Curry leaves, Pandanus leaves, Mustard seed, Cinnamon,
Spice Pack 2 – Coriander, Unroasted Curry Powder, Cumin, Mustard
Spice Pack 3 – Chilli

    Thoroughly recommend this curry if you are veggy or to accompany one of the meat dishes; we had Chicken, Beef & Beetroot yesterday and all were truly delicious. If you have the time cook the beef curry for longer as the flavour gets even better! M. Williams, Poole
