How many does 1 pack serve?
Each spice pack serves 4 – 5 people depending on portion size.

Is it just spices?
Yes! Pure unadulterated spices straight from Sri Lanka are the only things you will find in Hari Hari Spice Packs.

What if I remove the spice packs and get them mixed up?
There’s no need to worry.  The Spice Pack sticker (1,2 & 3) are colour coordinated (and the new ones are labelled) to your recipe card so you will always be able to put the right pack with the right recipe card.

Are the curry packs suitable for special diets?
As the packs only contain spice, they are suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs.  Being gluten free, dairy free and with no added salt or sugar they make for very versatile dietary needs.

What if the curry is too dry?
Add a little more water and/or coconut milk, a bit at a time until you reach the desired consistency.

What if the curry is too wet?
Cook the curry for a further 5 – 10 minutes with the lid open, to allow some of the extra liquid to evaporate.

What do I do with the leftovers?
You can freeze them.  They will also keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
