Traditionally, a Sri Lankan curry consists of boiled or steamed rice served with a main curry of chicken, beef, pork or fish along with typically 2-4 other vegetable curries, dhal and even fruit curries. A number of side dishes would also accompany the meal including pickles, chutneys and ‘sambols’ the most famous of which is the coconut sambol.

Step 1 – Create the intense spice base with aromatic whole spices.
Step 2 – Flavour the main ingredient with our original spice blend, specially designed for each dish.
Step 3 – Whether you like a little or a lot of heat, add the chilli mix at the end according to taste.
